IGNITE 6 × PHOENIX MARTIAL ARTS
Phoenix Martial Arts Strength & Conditioning
In-person strength and conditioning for Phoenix Martial Arts students, coached by Ignite 6. $60 per week per athlete.
Taekwondo asks a lot of a young athlete's body: fast, high kicks, quick footwork, explosive spinning techniques, and hard sparring rounds. This program trains the physical side behind it, with age-appropriate strength and conditioning coached in person at Phoenix Martial Arts.

Activities are educational and coaching in nature. They are not medical care, physical therapy, licensed athletic training (unless separately disclosed in writing), dietetics, or medical nutrition therapy.
4. Risks may arise from the activities themselves, equipment, the facility, other participants, the Athlete’s physical condition, or failure to follow instructions. You voluntarily assume, on your own behalf and on behalf of the Athlete to the fullest extent permitted by law, all such risks whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
5. Medical Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice The Coach is not a physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, physical therapist, licensed athletic trainer (unless separately disclosed), registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare provider solely by virtue of this Agreement. Nothing provided by Ignite 6 constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You agree the Athlete will stop activity and you will seek medical care if the Athlete experiences pain, chest pain, unusual shortness of breath, dizziness, or other warning signs.

This release includes claims arising from instruction, facility conditions, equipment, and interactions with other participants.
8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the Athlete’s participation, your or the Athlete’s breach of this Agreement, or failure to follow medical advice or safety instructions communicated to you.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Released Parties for any claims arising out of or related to the activities shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ignite 6 for the specific session or trial giving rise to the claim.
